General Information

Arrival time

It is important that we know your arrival time in order to ensure that someone is here to welcome you. We would appreciate a  telephone call or text on your day of arrival.

Your room will be ready from mid-day but should you arrive earlier then please call in, drop off your luggage and collect the keys.

Departure

Please vacate your room by 10 a.m.

Offers

Full payment is required when booking for any special offers.

E.g. 3 nights for the price of 2

( only available Low Season-  subject to availability) 

Booking

By telephone - a non refundable deposit, equivalent to the first nights booking  is required before a reservation can be confirmed. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Online - the total price quoted for the booking, usually one nights accommodation, is payable and will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. (See online terms and conditions)
The balance of your booking is payable on arrival.

Cancellations / Amendments

In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel then a charge equivalent to the booking price will be levied.
Subject to availability, you can amend your booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival, however an administrative charge of £10 will be payable

Pets

Well behaved dogs or cats are welcome but only by telephone arrangement. There is a flat rate of £6 per animal. Pets are not accepted for special offers. We respectfully insist that pets are not left unattended in the bed rooms.

Parking

On street parking is available at the front of Caroline House.There is also a  free car park  100 metres away on Spittal Promenade.

Cyclists/ Walkers

 Secure, garaged parking is available for bicycles and drying facilities are available for walkers. Caroline House is situated on both the National Walking and Cyclist routes.
